We open our first ACHIY store in Hamburg.
We are very happy to announce that we opened the doors to our first own store in the Elbe Einkaufszentrum on October 1st. Supported by the ECE Group and the program ‘Frei.Fläche’ of the city of Hamburg, we will present our hand-knitted artworks in the Elbe Einkaufszentrum (1st floor) until at least January 2022.
We look forward to letting you personally experience our handmade & limited edition artworks made from select and naturally dyed baby alpaca, cashmere and yathra wool.
In addition, we want to show the spirit and importance of ancestral traditions that are more relevant today than ever by giving international artists (photo & paintings) a small stage. First confirmed collaborations are with H&C Gallery from Berlin and Peruvian photo artist Uriel Montúfar (awarded with the Sony World Photography Awards and supported by UNESCO in the framework of the ‘Projects for the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage’), among others.
In addition, through collaborations with Hamburg-based furniture startup 10 Knoten and Berlin-based dried flower startup LaLovily, we were able to create a completely natural and sustainable store concept for you.
